Raw measurement runs

Every result published on openwebdata.io comes from one of these files. Each is the unedited output of one run: every request, its verdict and the reason the site gave.

Two things are masked. Exit IP addresses are cut to /24 (47.14.38.9 becomes 47.14.38.x) because they belong to real households; the owning network is kept, and that is what the measurement is about. The baseline row's exit is the measuring server itself, a Hetzner (AS24940) virtual machine in Helsinki, masked the same way. In the rotation files, uniqueness was counted on the full addresses before masking, so 100 unique addresses can show up as 99 unique /24 networks.
